With two experienced medical professionals in one business and both from different generations, this site had to meet competing demands.
The initial challenge was a site map that met the patients' needs rather than focusing on medical terminology. Through the combined efforts of our writer and designer, we came up with a brief that kept everyone happy and met the clinic's requirements for a professional and contemporary, yet personal approach.
By using a stylised contact form we were able to compromise on the initial but unworkable plan for an automated booking system. Above all else, this site is a source of reliable information that helps point patients in the right direction before their appointments and will take some of the pressure of the practice's two obstetricians and gynaecologists.
